Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items damaged due to customer use will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Defective products
  • If the wrong item is sent by us → Exchange is completely FREE
  • If the wrong item/size is ordered by the customer → Rs. 350 replacement charges will apply
  • Exchange will be processed after the item is received and inspected

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in case of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Defective product
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer or store credit
